32 (64) Saints Navorro Bowman, LB, Penn State
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

Much to my chagrin Ruthless you are probably right about Ghee for the Steelers. (or Cook, Murphy or some other reach for a "Good and terrible" player at a different position that no one see's coming.)

Re: Round 2 Mock Draft (Based on the Actual Round 1 Selections)

Did a 3rd round mock too (based on the actual picks in round one, and who I picked for each team in round two). Can you tell I am too hyped up about being in the middle of the draft to get any work done today (and the fact that the boss is off today certainly isn't helping my productivity).

1 (65) Rams Jermaine Cunningham, DE, Florida
      2 (66) Lions Chad Jones, S, LSU
3 (67) Buccaneers Perrish Cox, CB, Oklahoma State
4 (6 Chiefs Morgan Burnett, S, Georgia Tech
      5 (69) Raiders Akwasi Owusu-Ansah, Indiana (PA)
6 (70) Ravens (From Seahawks through Eagles and Broncos) Jimmy Graham, TE, Miami
      7 (71) Browns Reshad Jones, S, Georgia
8 (72) Bills Torrell Troup, NT, Central Florida
9 (73) Dolphins Jason Worilds, OLB, Virginia Tech
10 (74) Jaguars Jon Asomoah, OG, Illinois
11 (75) Bears Mardy Gilyard, WR, Cincinnati
12 (76) Giants Geno Atkins, DT, Georgia
13 (77) Titans Sean Lee, LB, Penn State
14 (7 Panthers LaMarr Houston, DT, Texas
      15 (79) 49ers Amari Spievey, CB, Iowa
      16 (80) Broncos J.D. Walton, C, Baylor
17 (81) Texans Ben Tate, RB, Auburn
18 (82) Steelers Alex Carrington, DE, Arkansas State
19 (83) Falcons Austen Lane, DE, Murray State
20 (84) Bengals Carlton Mitchell, WR, South Florida
21 (85) Browns (From Patriots through Raiders) Taylor Price, WR, Ohio
22 (86) Packers Thaddeus Gibson, OLB, Ohio State
23 (87) Broncos (From Eagles) Dennis Pitta, TE, BYU
24 (8 Cardinals (From Ravens) Jamar Chaney, ILB, Mississippi State
25 (89) Cardinals Javier Arena, CB, Alabama
26 (90) Patriots (From Cowboys) Toby Gerhart, RB, Stanford
27 (91) Chargers Arthur Jones, DE, Syracuse
28 (92) Browns (From Jets) Eric Norwood, OLB, South Carolina
29 (93) Vikings John Jerry, OG, Mississippi
30 (94) Colts D'Anthony Smith, DT, Louisiana Tech
31 (95) Saints Al Woods, DT, LSU
32 (96) Bengals (Compensatory selection) Major Wright, FS, Florida
33 (97) Titans (Compensatory selection) A.J. Jefferson, CB, Fresno State
34 (9 Falcons (Compensatory selection) Matt Tennant, C, Boston College

Nice work, Ruthless. I'll add some additional input on the Chiefs that may interest a few here in terms of using past information to predict future picking.

Injury concerns for Kindle which helps explain his fall out of the 1st round. Someone will take a flyer on him in the 2d round if their own medical analysis can be rationalized enough.

Meantime, over the past couple of months, the Chiefs had private workouts/in-depth interviews with these likely suspects for 2d round consideration:

NT Cody of’Bama, CB Thompson of Cal, CB Cox of OkState, S Nate Allen of So.Fla, S Taylor Mays of USC, CB Chris Cook of UVA, CB Brandon Ghee of Wake Forest, OT Saffold of IU & OLB Gibson of Ohio State.

In other words, the Chief’s staff has more than passing information on all the above guys and if enhanced information is translated to KEEN interest then their picks #36 and #50 could quite possibly come from the above list.

If I had to narrow it down to just a few names, based on what I’ve heard, read and viewed, my short list would be:

        NT Cody
        OT Saffold
        CB Cook

I'll add Golden Tate, WR from Notre Dame, to that list if he's available because of the Charlie Weis past connection AND he fills a genuine need as a 3rd receiver/return man/blazing speed.

By the way, not for nothing, the Chiefs also had a private workout and spent time with Eric Berry as well.

i wouldn't take Cook, but Cody, Saffold and Tate would all be great choices for the Chiefs.
