There are a lot of players too choose. Most of the startes and potential starters will not get much time. I do hope they leave the starting Oline longer than Ben. I think they need all the practice time they can get.

I am interested in seeing most of the rookie class from this season.

Without a doubt, I am interested in seeing Mendenhall carry the rock. I would like to see Sweed, Baker and Reid play a bunch. On D, I wanna see what Timmons can do in the middle, and I am intersted to see what the depth looks like on the DL. I am really interested to see Kyle Clement. I have a feeling this kid may stick with this team.

...Then don't turn on the tv till about 8:30 or so, that's when you'll see most of them...
Seriously though, I agree, with the exception of Latsko... He won't make the team, IMO.

On offense:

Mendenhall, Sweed, Reid. And the entire O-line to see if they know how to block yet.

On defense:

Hoke, Timmons, Gay, Woodley.

Right now I'm more interested in positions instead of people. I want to see how our punt returners look, our kickoff returners (although they will only get one chance ) and most of all the offensive line play ... especially center and tackle.

Id like to see Sweed in the red zone. I am hoping we get in the red zone and get Sweed in one on one and throw it up to him....I'm looking forward to seeing if we can add that to our offense...

On defense...I am excited to see Woodley and Timmons....Hopefully what will form the best young lb tandem in the league!

Well, assuming we won't see much of our starters, the main thing I want to see is who can knock Nick Eason off of the roster.

So, basically any of the young DE's who can step up and grab that roster spot.

Prediction: McFadden shows ability to be an elite CB this season. I fully expect Mc to bloom into a dominating corner this season.
