It was the franchise tag and he is hoping to sign a long term deal. Skippy is great as far as field goals go, his accuracy is one of the best in NFL history, but this team needs to find someone that can put the ball in the end zone on kickoffs! IMO, that is more important than keeping a kick return specialist!sigpicComment
