... conventional wisdom says use some to move up in earlier rounds to get a player we are targeting. And I am fine with that.
Another way of thinking about it is this: Low Round picks are a crapshoot. But how do you improve your odds in this crap shoot? By have more picks. I would also be happy if we used all of those picks, and cut most but ONE turned out to be a quality starter and one or 2 turned out to be special teamers or backups.
