Bills Steve Johnson blames god for dropped passes

According to Buffalo Bills receiver Steve Johnson, God was to blame for his miserable perform on Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Johnson has been Buffalo’s breakout star, a 2008 seventh-round draft pick was on pace to break the club’s season record for touchdown passes.

He should have caught his 10th touchdown Sunday. He should have beaten the Pittsburgh Steelers in overtime Sunday. He was wide open for an arcing 40-yard bomb. He dropped it in the end zone.

Instead, the Steelers escaped with a close victory against the Bills with a game winning field goal in overtime concluding the day with a19-16 victory.

There’s no doubt that Johnson has been having a good year but yesterday was not his day.  Not only did he drop the game winning pass, he dropped many balls throughout the day including a very catchable ball that was later intercepted by the opportunistic Troy Polamalu.  Instead of taking responsibility for his actions, he decides to blame god instead via his Twitter account..
