It was reported earlier that the Steelers do not plan on playing Ben Roethlisberger against the Rams. Since that report came out earlier Roethlisberger has refuted it and plan on playing this weekend. He was surprised about the ankle saying, ”It actually feels a lot better than I thought it would.” Ben wants to get out there and get some reps. He wants to be ready not only to play this weekend but in the playoffs.
I am against this idea. He needs a week of rest. It would do him better then playing against the Rams. Let his leg get healthy and be ready for the Browns and the playoffs. The healthier he is the better chance the Steelers have. We saw what we looked like with him on one leg. That was not good. Take a week off.
