PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) — Pro Football Talk and Sunday Football Night In America Studio Analyst Mike Florio joined Seibel, Starkey and Miller on Sportsradio 93-7 The FAN.
We opened things up with Florio talking about Detroit Lions Defensive Lineman Ndamukong Suh’s suspension and how it could be reduced from two games to one. Florio thinks this appeal could be a great tool for the league to use to show guys like Ryan Clark and Troy Polamalu that the appeals process works.
A lot of teams are struggling to fill their stadiums right now, and Florio cleared up the NFL’s stance on television blackouts and whether or not the league will ever change their philosophy on it.
We wrapped things up discussing the Steelers use of the term “concussion like symptoms” rather than just saying a player has a concussion and how the Steelers handle these players injuries.
