A reason why D Watson has not been traded?

Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson has been accused of indecent conduct stemming from encounters with two different masseuses in Houston last year, according to two separate civil complaints filed this week in Harris County, Texas.

Well, Robert Kraft might want him.

Tomlin hasn't won a playoff game in seven years and counting. The earliest will be eight years. I guess that in Art Rooney's II, opinion is worth a 3 year extension.

Our 2024 draft looks to be grade A. Our 2023 draft is an A. The roster is talented, but Mike Tomlin is still the head coach.

*** Mike Tomlin is the best coach since the AFL- NFL merger that has not won a playoff game in 8 seasons or more. It's either him or Lewis. ***

Oh oh, let’s see if the ones talking crap about Kraft will say anything about Watson.
How is it possible to have the best owner, best front office, best gm, best HC, good/great drafts every year and good FA acquisitions every year, but only have 3 playoff wins in 14 years?

So he wants out of Houston,,,, and suddenly out of the blue, sexual allegations come up which would (conveniently) make Watson an unattractive player to keep..thus, helping Watson to get traded out of Hoston. How convenient for him. Timing is perfect too..a month before the draft. Amazing how these things work out.

I don't think these allegations would be helpful to his market value

This kills his trade value. No one will want him with this lingering over his head.

do you ever think before you write ridiculous things like this?

these allegations would not only hurt his market value but also make him undesireable to trade for.

These are civil lawsuits not really going to hurt him.

Money grab. BUT, it's not a good look for the NFL. Roethlisberger was punished over allegations of douchey behavior.

                  Main question; are there videos?

Dont know if its a money grab but if its something that can go away quietly without suspension, i dont think it deters too many teams.

Like the stock market, teams hate uncertainty. No one will trade for Watson until this is resolved.

pretty sure no one could trade for him anyways because the Texans had no interest in trading him.

I believe the timing of this is insurance for the Texans. Seriously doubt Watson’s camp would paint him as a sexual predator to get out of a contract. More than likely it would be used by the franchise to get out if paying for the contract.

Well if there are no filed criminal charges then teams dont really have to worry about alot.
