to a 5 year 15.5 million dollar deal. Does that speak towards how the OL free agent market will go? Justin Smiley signed last year for 5 years and 25 million and I don't really think he is better than Peterman. Will the free agent market be a little more cap friendly this year? This is at least a good sign!!
