Is it worth a challenge to get one yard inside the five?

On the sixth play of the game, the Steelers had 1st and goal from the one. Gary Russell was tackled for a four yard loss. The ball was spotted just outside the 5 yard line. But the replay clearly showed that his forward progress took him almost to the four.

If we had challenged we would have definitely won and gotten the yard back. Given that the next to plays were running plays, do you think Tomlin should have challenged the call?
