What’s was your expert evaluation of him during your game film study?
How is it possible to have the best owner, best front office, best gm, best HC, good/great drafts every year and good FA acquisitions every year, but only have 3 playoff wins in 14 years?

If Canada gets fired- either safe-pick Mark Whipple to nurture Kenny P or, the guy I'd pick, Byron Leftwich should get the look.

      Leftwich fits on several fronts.
The people that are trying to make the world worse never take a day off, why should I?

      Light up the darkness.

I would consider leftwich in the offseason - problem is if you make a mid-season change, it's likely someone on staff

While both make perfect sense, like fitting pieces into a puzzle, I wonder if they would be the right moves. Both would be very comfortable picks. Almost like if you were playing a pickup game and your side picks your buddy how everyone will go over and bro hug the guy joining the team. I don't know that I want to see the continuation of familiar and comfortable. I'm good with uncomfortable. The way a company will bring in someone from outside to determine who gets laid off. Someone without previous connections to the players who can objectively tell you who can contribute and who can't.
