CB Banks, another MD player could be 1st round pick

Well, no one should be surprised if Shades takes Banks in the 1st - he is from MD after all. Very athletic, gets confused and panics when his back it to the QB though. Not in top 3 CBs. With all the QBs, OTs to be taken early, you'd think we'd get lucky on getting a top 3 CB at 17.

Banks can get beat on double moves. He gets a git grabby at the top of routes. He's going to be a good player but he's not the 17th best player in this draft.

Sounds like he's best in press man....if we draft him, use him that way.

He was left in man plenty in Marylands scheme. He doesn't back peddle well. He opens his hips which may get exploited at the next level. Double moves will be where he'll need to get coached up. Super height , weight speed guy who can jump through the gym. I bit older then you would like but he'll be starting on Sundays. Perhaps not a star but more of a solid starter.

I guess for all your puffluffery, you don't even know this team. When have they ever just let a player do what he does best and not f-ck up his game?

He's graded out as "eventually a solid starter." I could handle that if drafted at top of the 2nd round.

Yes, pretty much my thoughts, hope Shades love for MD players doesn't influence him to be taken the 1st round.
