Sure would help the running game if he has a higher ceiling.

His TD to Muth was a very nice throw
His pass to Austin was a pretty one as well.

as soon as Steel Maniac said that I knew Pickett would play well and the Steelers would win.

he's the best contrary indicator I have ever seen.
Steel Maniac's Time-Based Prediction: Lamar Jackson will be a bust and total flop in the NFL.

What Actually Happened: Lamar Jackson became the youngest two-time NFL MVP winner ever.

this is hilarious. Reminds me of King of Queens when everyone was asking for advice from her dad and doing the exact opposite.

Dude was wide open and one would expect a QB makes that throw. I did like the way he moved in the pocket before the release.

plenty of QB’s overthrow that pass. I thought Kenny led him too much but Austin is that fast.

I want to see that 3 to 4 times a game though. Those deep shots will make a defense back up.

He hit him perfectly and it was a well designed play overall. Both TD passes were his best throws of the night.

like you said, Pickett’s footwork was impressive on that play.

Exactly. Moving his launch point was crucial also late in the game. I'll give Canada credit for rolling the pocket in certain instances.

That looked like yet another miscommunication between QB and WR which has happened a lot so far this season. Regardless it was a crap play all the way around and typical of this offense unfortunately.

His target was Connor Heyward. I think the bloom is off hid rose. Connor hasn't done much lately. Definitely a miscommunication.

Ya based on where the corner a safety were it looked like Conner made the mistake.
