Is this O-Line going to be much better than last year?

    O-line (according to OTAs)

Here was the O-line depth chart from OTAs:

    LT: Moore
    LG: Dotson … Green
    C: Cole
    RG: Daniels … Green
    RT: Chuks
Steel Maniac's Time-Based Prediction: Lamar Jackson will be a bust and total flop in the NFL.

What Actually Happened: Lamar Jackson became the youngest two-time NFL MVP winner ever.

Cole and Daniels will be upgrades, hopefully Dotson's healthy and Moore has a 2nd year jump.

Unless I mistaken this will be Dotson's third year. Better than last year, yes. We still need to find a better RT, a rock a center, and a new LG. Hopefully Moore pan's out.
Tomlin hasn't won a playoff game in seven years and counting. The earliest will be eight years. I guess that in Art Rooney's II, opinion is worth a 3 year extension.

Our 2024 draft looks to be grade A. Our 2023 draft is an A. The roster is talented, but Mike Tomlin is still the head coach.

*** Mike Tomlin is the best coach since the AFL- NFL merger that has not won a playoff game in 8 seasons or more. It's either him or Lewis. ***

        Dotson was hurt last year.

They were about 1.5 out of 10 last year. This year, maybe a 3.5 out of 10. Not even average but better.

The line will almost definitely be better next year because there was a perfect storm of factors that made last year's line one of the worst we have ever seen:

                Rookie LT
                Revolving door LG
                Rookie project at C
August signee coming off of injury at RG
The lone holdover playing out of position at RT who got the job through injury a second year in a row

How much better depends on a bunch of things, but it should be better.

Agree. They added talent and young guys got more experience. None of these guys are without talent. In addition, the opposing defensive lines aren't going to be able to tee off going after a statue at QB. Just introducing designed roll outs will make a difference

TJ Watt Notices Bigger And Heavier Kendrick Green

For TJ Watt, OTAs are old hat. Been there, done that, let’s get it over with so I can sack the quarterback this fall. He’s now the grizzled veteran and using the time to, of course, practice but also evaluate the guys around him. Speaking with Steelers.com’s Missi Matthews, he made one keen observation about […]

Now sign FA Eric Fisher for a year at LT and spell Dan Moore for a year. Whoever's QB gets a serious break. I'm not paid to obsess over crap like this but 93.7 Josh Taylor called the Colts OL "poetry in motion." Josh seems at least half bright to me

I think James Daniels is going to be a HUGE upgrade over Turnstile Turner:
