Good Houston Steeler Bar to take 17 yo SASF, Jr.?

We're going to the Texans game on Oct. 2.

Anyone familiar with Houston Steeler bars? I'd like to take him somewhere fun on the Sat. night before. The more Black and Gold the better! He's only 17, so it can't be a drinkers only, or Gents Club kind of place.
