Who do you like? Free agent WR's 2025.

We can have a lot of cap space to fill!

From marquee playmakers to ageless impact veterans, free agency features a wide range of players. Here are PFF's top wide receiver free agents for 2025.
Tomlin hasn't won a playoff game in seven years and counting. The earliest will be eight years. I guess that in Art Rooney's II, opinion is worth a 3 year extension.

Our 2024 draft looks to be grade A. Our 2023 draft is an A. The roster is talented, but Mike Tomlin is still the head coach.

*** Mike Tomlin is the best coach since the AFL- NFL merger that has not won a playoff game in 8 seasons or more. It's either him or Lewis. ***

Godwin and Higgins are far above the rest in their own tier.

This depends first if they don't want to play for their current teams and secondly who much they cost. We do have more than enough cap space to sign either man.

I wonder if there are any cap saving moves for some teams that are coming to add to the free agent WR market? I hope so. And there’s are some in the media predicting this to happen.

YES, there are a ton. I am working on a big thread which will cover exactly that and give a Steeler mock draft.

After that injury I’m not so sure about Godwin.

No top WR wants to come to a run-first offense in Pittsburgh. It will badly impact their future earnings potential. This then leaves the team looking for 2nd or 3rd tier guys (which is exactly what they have already).

Well, all the FAs should play for way less than market value because ‘players would loved to play for Tomlin’….. so I’m told.
How is it possible to have the best owner, best front office, best gm, best HC, good/great drafts every year and good FA acquisitions every year, but only have 3 playoff wins in 14 years?

Hopkins & Slayter along with bring Mike Williams back.
The people that are trying to make the world worse never take a day off, why should I?
