If I counted every thread over the last year or so I'm pretty sure it's in the triple digits.

Windy, if we swapped coaches would you favor the Steelers over the Ravens?

In view of the fact that Mike Tomlin has matched Cowhers record I give him the designation:

        TCFCLTC-
The Coach Formerly Considered Less Than Cowher

Not necessarily, not a huge fan of Harbaugh’s coaching ability. He hires better assistants, though, at least coordinators.

I only said 8 years twice. Not everyone gets it.
Tomlin hasn't won a playoff game in seven years and counting. The earliest will be eight years. I guess that in Art Rooney's II, opinion is worth a 3 year extension.

Our 2024 draft looks to be grade A. Our 2023 draft is an A. The roster is talented, but Mike Tomlin is still the head coach.

*** Mike Tomlin is the best coach since the AFL- NFL merger that has not won a playoff game in 8 seasons or more. It's either him or Lewis. ***

              This guy ain't defending Tomlin;

"Russ fooled ‘em for a game or two, and then he went back to being the Russ that I’ve seen over the last few years,” former New York Giants vice president of player personnel and longtime NFL scout Marc Ross told USA TODAY Sports. “You can’t fool people in the NFL for long. Everybody’s got a bead on what he can do now, which is not much. When they made the signings, I thought Justin was the best option.

“They did themselves a disservice for what they did there. Nobody in Pittsburgh is crowing about Russell Wilson anymore.”

Huh? Those quotes are just slamming Wilson who was one of the lone bright spots from last night.

Sure. If all you did was look at the box score. Playing a half of football in a playoff ain't cutting it.

Wilson wasn't a bright spot the last 5 games or so... and Tomlin did little to adjust to his struggles.

What players were during those last 5 games? Just curious.

Wilson finished the game 20/29 270 yards and 2 TDs. How many NFL QBs are getting those numbers in the post season in this offense? And did Wilson just decide to start playing better in the 2nd half or maybe just maybe t's the coaching and game planning that is the issue. Look at his TD passes. the dude still has it. I feel like I'm living in some bizarro world when it comes to Wilson discussion and Fields talk.

                          It's like late stage Ben.

It's easier to get points when you're down multiple scores.

I think Wilson gets something of an incomplete this year because our skill position players were so bad. But I don't think it would be smart to give him a multi-year deal in the high-30s / low-40s. Which is pretty much what average starting QBs make now.
