Cortez Allen looking good after returning to practice

After undergoing knee surgery,  Steelers cornerback Cortez Allen is now back at practice and has been pretty impressive, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
Cornerback Cortez Allen returned to practice the past few days and showed some good moves Saturday, including one where he intercepted a pass. He had minor knee surgery two weeks ago.
