Over the past several weeks it has been reported that Aaron Smith has been progressing nicely in regards to his partially torn triceps injury.
Smith is arguably the NFL’s best 3-4 defensive end. Although 1st rounder, Ziggy Hood has played well as Smith’s replacement, the addition of Smith will allow Hood to rotate and ensure the line is fresh.
Smith is said to be lifting weights and soon to be practicing. It could be a possibility that Smith is available for the Steelers first playoff game.
