So how many starters is that?

I don't remember a year where we lose so many starters. Not just starters but all-pro potential starters.

    Top LB--J Harrison --Gone
    Top WR--Wallace--Gone
    Top RB--Mendy--Gone
    Top CB--K Lewis--Gone
    Top DT--C Hampton--Soon Gone

So does that mean we get 4-5 comp picks next year?

If Harrison goes to the Rats, that will just top it off again. Ugh!

How about starting LT-- M Starks --Soon probably gone

Harrison will not qualify for a comp pick since he was released, not a FA through contract expiry. Hampton will probably not qualify because he might not be signed, and if he is it would be a very small deal and might see him in a spot role.

You also forgot about the massive contracts still to be signed by Mundy and Sylvester. I'm thinking that the Mundy deal might get us the first ever second round comp pick

Wallace should definitely pull in a 3rd round comp. I don't think Lewis will get more than a 6th or 7th, and the 6th probably depends on the results of his upcoming season more than his contract. Mendy might pull a 7th. I don't think anyone else really does much in the way of comp picks

Also gone...Starter Willie Colon. That will be at least 7 starters.

Goodell would stab himself in the eye before giving us a 3rd round comp.

    Not happening people.

We'll have to see what kind of for comp pick SD gets Vincent Jackson's deal...

The Steelers will be able to expect something in the same ball park...
