This is what a lot of you folks wanted. I'm sure you'll find a way to blame LeBeau for the mistakes these rookies will make.
As many on this site think ... The Rooney's suck, Colbert sucks, Tomlin sucks, the coaches suck, and the players suck.

    but Go Steelers!!!

Well who has the job and accountability to get them prepared on time? LeBoo, that's who. I, for one, am glad Rooney put his wing tip up LeBoo's backside.

I think beats is right if you read between the lines of Dan end of the season presser.

That's the problem with reading between the lines...

If the defense was #1 and had vets at every position, no one would care too much if rookies played...

    It wasn't, so they do...

It has nothing to do with anyone's wing tips and everything to do with not having enough talent...

Dan said people think LeBOO can't coach anymore and that he didn't all of a sudden forget how to coach but maybe they need to change the way they do things. Not word for word but close. I think that's kind of easy to read.
He can only be referring to a couple of things
    1) Get rookies prepared to play
2)Stop holding on to old vets which kind of refer to 1
    3) Or change the way he calls plays ( which is unlikely)
    4) The 10 yds cushion ( which is possible but unlikely)

Just my two cents , but when he said it then that was the first things came to my mind back then.

Then take into account what has happened already
Shazier running with the first team on first day of OTA
And the press conference after the draft saying the rookies have a chance to get more playing time.

I case you had forgotten, Dick LeBeau is one of the truly great ones. I wouldn't be surprised if he was elected to the HOF again as a coach.

Crush your enemies, see them driven before you, hear the lamentations of their women.
