He's not wrong. Not that you have to be a genius to make that statement!

    I disagree.
I think all you have to do is outscore your opponents enough times to quality for the playoffs and then out score them every playoff game that you play.
How is it possible to have the best owner, best front office, best gm, best HC, good/great drafts every year and good FA acquisitions every year, but only have 3 playoff wins in 14 years?

Don’t know why other organizations haven’t figured that out yet… lol

Exactly what I have been saying. We don't have a Top 15 QB, maybe not Top 25, on the roster. Until you find that guy, it will be a repeat of the Post-Bradshaw/Pre-Ben years. It doesn't matter who you have as head coach.

Well, I'm still not convinced that Kenny can't be that guy. Is it likely? No. But we paired him with the worst coordinator in the league and an O Line that took 3/4 of the season to figure itself out. Not many year 1-2 QBs in this league would have shined in that situation IMO.

The jury is still out on Kenny because we haven't properly evaluated him. The only full game he played without Canada, the offense looked immensely better. And that was with Canada's system.

Well, Tomlin had a HOF qb for the majority of his career and couldn’t win with his players or coaches, so I guess it does matter who the HC is.
AND Tomlin drafted the ‘not top 15 or top 25 qb’s’ o this roster.

Cowher made a Super Bowl and several AFCC Games without a franchise QB, didn't win until he got him, sure, but the ceiling was higher than sneaking in because they expanded the field and then getting blown out.

Tomlin not only needs a HOF QB, he needs a loaded roster, great coordinators, and for top QBs to get hurt/beaten in the playoffs.

The OC has nothing to do with being slow reading defense, slow decision making and inaccurate passes. Add in durability questions.

For the team's sake I hope he proves me wrong, but not optimistic and I'm typically very optimistic
