    Tomlin's losing the team

Najee's frustrated, DJ is frustrated, Kenny is frustrated. They all know the offense sucks and they all know he endorses it.

Keep hoping and keep being wrong

He has lost many players on the offense.
The Steelers had a great draft in 2023. However better play calling / coaching is badly needed. Tomlin is hasn't won a playoff game in six years and counting. Nor has hired anyone good to his coaching staff. Think about that. Mike Tomlin says, " hell yeah we've got to make some changes. " We are waiting. But Khan and Weidl appear to have better management on the salary cap and focused on the right free agents and draft needs.

    That’s all speculation.
Moving on from Canada so we can see if KP can play will go a long way to helping us this year n in 24.

NO, cut it at the source. More on from both Tomlin and Pickett. Forget Tomlin's fall boy, we've got bigger fish to fry.

We have the worst starting QB in football.

We have the worst OC and worst QB coach in the league.

Everyone in the world knows the plays we?re running and we run them anyway and unsuccessfully.

Our O can?t stay on the field.

Our D can?t get off the field.

    Lots of dumb penalties.

Guys don?t know what?s going on and we burn time outs.

Our D says we don?t communicate well.

    Our punting is ineffective.

Every player, coach, fan is frustrated.

Tomlin has to live in a bubble if he doesn?t think he?s lost everyone at this point.

Seens like the only logical out may be for Tomlin to lose his job.

He says a lot of words. But does anyone care about his words any more?

Like a vet losing their talents with age, tomlin’s message to the team and his organization has seemed to go stale, it’s not really his fault it’s just life. This isn’t 1980 anymore, sticking to the same old same old is ineffective, we don’t have Bettis, Dawson, Hines, Heath Miller and superstars around to get away with it anymore. This is a young minded, innovative league with coaches who can adapt. Tomlin knows his stuff, no doubt but others know more.

A week ago, quite a few talking heads in the media were touting him as coach of the year. Sounded like a significant portion of posters on this board would have agreed. Get ready to be labeled "not a true fan" by them.

This always happens after a bad loss.

“Tomlin is losing the team, its over, we need a new HC and new team owner..”

if we win the next few games it will cue the Tomlin crowd

then after another loss it will start all over again.

You would think we were 4-6 right now.

We lost to a Cleveland team who just beat SF and Baltimore. Its frustrating to lose a game we could’ve won but this board always ramps up after a loss.

If you look at my prediction we are right where I called it. I now think we may have a chance against the Seahags, maybe even the Bungals. Also, I didn't think the Rats would be this good, but we have a fair chance to finish 11-6.

@ Rams - W - I think we come in rested and somewhat healthy and take this one.
Jags - L - They just seem to have our number.
    Titans - W - I agree, we beat them.
Packers - W - Love didn't look that good against the Raiders. The bloom is off his rose.
@Stains - L - They play us tough at the Mistake by the Lake.
@Bengals - L - There offense is getting on track. They take us in the Jungle.
Cardinals - W - We take down Dobbs and Connor.
Patriots - W - Belicheat is finally ripe for the picking. Shame on us if we lose.
@Colts - W - On turf, AR may not play. We take this one.
Bengals - W - Agreed, we beat the bumgals.
@Seahags - L - We drop this looking ahead to the Rats.
@Rats - W - We own the rats and they are out of it by now.

Same outcome, different weekly results, 11-6 AFC North Champs.
Help me find my post proving I am a Yinzer!

    My way to early draft:

    1.) Center
    2.) ILB
    3.) WR
    4.) OT
    5.) ILB
    6.) WR
    7.) OT
