Kozora on how to fix the run game

Rewatched the play where Najee had a long run on the cut back. On the front side Moore put up a weak block on Z Smith before running to the second level, Muth was useless on a chip to help. Daniels is still looking for someone to block a week later after he lets Tomlinson blow by him. On the back side Robinson whiffed blocking A. Wright. If not for Harris' superhuman effort it's a 5 yard loss at least.

Cole has had 2 weak games. He has a few wiffs in pass pro n he hasn't moved anyone off the los. Played better in 22 but we need the pivot to be better. Right now up front the weakest link. Perhaps he is banged up but if that performance isn't better get Herbig in there.

Play the fighters on offense more. Washington more often. Jones to start. Bring in Greg Lloyd as an assistant coach. His job? Discipline. Enforce football justice and weed out those guilty of stupid penalties and shying away from contact. Let those guilty meet with him...

Gunner will be soiling his boots. And he won't be alone. In this fantasy job he does not report to Tomlin who has made his share of stupid mistakes too. He dots right below Art Rooney II.
