From the 2011-2022 season,(A 12 year period that the majority of Cowher's players & coaches had left) Mike Tomlin has only won 3 playoff games. And two of those wins were against back up Quarterbacks. Currently, Tomlin hasn't won a playoff game in 6 years.
Swap of a 4th by the rams for our 5th in 24 and Rams 5th for our 6th in 25 from what I saw.
That could be a pair of early picks in those rounds as I have to believe the Rams are not going to be VG.

Steelers and Rams swap 2024 4th and 5th. Steelers get the Rams' 4th; and Rams get the Steelers' 5th.
In 2025, Steelers get Rams' 5th rounder, and Rams get Steelers' 6th

While he was a bust at Center, he isn't as bad at Guard. He actually is very good pulling and in space

Great news, this was Dotson’s contract year and he wasn’t coming back. We got something which is better than nothing.
