    HIS LAMBERT STORY.

He said Jack Lambert literally BIT his leg under the pile on a tackle.

He said they got to be friends at the ProBowl because he took Jack around the island (Russ is from Hawaii and went to High School with my wife).

Bottom line Russ said Jack did crazy stuff in games people don’t even know to get into your head.
I heard Jack had a cigarette ash trash bolted to his locker room door. True story.

        Nah.
Come on man. You think ANYONE forgot Troy yet recalls EVERETT?

Yes Troy is the best safety in Steeler history. Easy.

But I think the point is to highlight NASTY players. Not nice players no matter their greatness. No Jack Ham, no Troy.

It is THE ONE time I’d put Clark over Troy. And Clark over Everett too.

Remember Clark was such a nasty hitter he was a target of the commissioner just like Debo.

In view of the fact that Mike Tomlin has matched Cowhers record I give him the designation:

        TCFCLTC-
The Coach Formerly Considered Less Than Cowher

                  thx for the defending cap.
yeah Troy slipped my mind as I was thinking bad asses personality wise.

plus it was like a 40 second break I had from work so was just trying to rattle off some names.

PS. Great story about jack and Russ.

                  oh and PS2.
                  Nickel package. Delton hall.
                  Nasty SOB.

He probably pushes Woodson to the sideline if we?re just talking personality bad asses

Gotta put TJ on the nasty list.

Love watching him throw haymakers trying to strip a ball.

While he’s not the traditional nasty player, I think he’s a psychopath on the level of Hines Ward where he’s so competitive and calculated pushing the boundaries of competition.

I’d also take Joey Porter’s mouth on our all nasty team. He was a great player, but a motivational genius that could unify a club like no other.

The quote that cracks me up every time I hear/read it. Upon hearing that they were on their way to Denver to play the AFCC game Peezy he yells in the background: "They shot me in Denver." And a semi-concerned Cowher says, "Can you be quiet this week, Peezy, please?" Classic, legendary stuff right there.

                            We agree a lot.
And me and NJ argue a ton.
But I am fair and and I find this assertion hilarious.

To come back with Troy to challenge someones fandom?
You know every housewife who only watches the SB and can name 5 Steelers period would bring up Troy. She won?t even need Google.

But when someone produce names like Thomas Everett and Delton Hall and Ernie Holmes? that is someone who WATCHES GAMES.

                            I will just say this.
If I have to make a catch over the middle and a safety has a free shot?

I am taking Troy EVERY DAY over every other safety mentioned to hit me.

Troy might EASILY be the MOST likely to make a great play.

But he is the LEAST LIKELY to end your GAME. No informed FAN who watched these people play would question this.

That is what THIS list is about.
