    That is good.
In the interview it seemed like he knew he lost the job.

The reason I posted with that question is I don?t like just giving Jones the starting job without earning it.

I have no doubt the rookies ability. Bu battling will make both guys better, and Jones won?t take the job for granted.

    Very nice.

In view of the fact that Mike Tomlin has matched Cowhers record I give him the designation:

Kozora was reporting that Moore Jr was starting at OTAs so far,

Dotson play was visibly poor too. Dude could not run block or pass block well enough. He could not pull, and he was a walking flag machine. I don't know why the talent evaluation and the staff took so long to figure this out. Dr. Evil ( Khan ) and Andy W are not playing games. They are fixing the weak spots. Don't ask me about the quartback situation, I have no idea why the extended Trubisky or brought Rudoplh back.
The Steelers had a great draft in 2023. However better play calling / coaching is badly needed. Tomlin is 19-18-1 in last 38 games played and hasn't won a playoff game in six years and counting. Nor has hired anyone good to his coaching staff. Think about that. But Khan and Weidl appear to have better management on the salary cap and focused on the right free agents and draft needs.

Dotson was clearly the weakest link on the OL

Moore wasn’t perfect but Dotson failing didn’t help him at the toughest position on the OL

Derp, derp...derp, derp, someone was wrong as rain on this subject. Moore is listed as the current starter, when I asked if his demotion was official I got a smart @ss response. Well. what do you know? Derp, derp...derp, derp. Wrongo, bucko. Zing, zap. Do your shot. Kerplowie.

Preferred Moore's interview response over Dotson's. Moore pretty much said can't worry about it, just go out and play and be ready when called upon. Dotson almost seemed baffled that the team went and upgraded after telling him he was improving.

I also agree with Moore staying atop the depth chart for now, where Dotson already demoted. Dotson was replaced by a proven NFL veteran while Moore's replacement hasn't taken a snap yet.
