It appears they may be over-paying for OLB unit.
Chuks' dead cap money is $10.1M pre June 1, but only $2.9M post June 1. He should be worried.
do we really think this guy is coming in to start? Unless they plan to start LaRaven Clark and use this guy as backup, I don't see it...
