From the 2010-2022 season,(A 13 year period that the majority of Cowher's players & coaches had left) Mike Tomlin has only won 3 playoff games. And two of those wins were against back up Quarterbacks. Currently, Tomlin hasn't won a playoff game in 6 years.
Steeler fans still loving on Tomlin now, are the same as Dolphin fans in the 90's who were still loving on Shula for what he did in the 70's
I guess its time for you to go get a loan and buy your own team. Its just your perspective about the OL. I remember the same crap talk way back when we drafted MAx Starks. Oh, he isn't any good, blah blah... Some of you dont have the patience. Thank God the Steelers ownership does. You might just have to face the fact that Dan Moore may be the future LT protecting Pickett. He IS getting better as hes been playing, AND you can not say for sure that any new OT drafted this year can even beat him out. Lets see. A rookie vs someone who has 2 years of NFL experience so far.
ILB will be a priority in the 1st 3 picks. As will DT, and I believe CB or even WR too, depending on Free agency. Thinner on DL tbh. If Cam goes down.... We dont have much up front with Alualu and Tuitt gone.
Also, there are more ways to block and 'helping your Najee and QB' How about a TE that can block.
6- Time Super Bowl Champions......
IX X XIII XIV XL XLIII
2012 MNF Executive Champion
1.17 - Broderick Jones, OT, GA (Darnell Wright, OT, Tenn)
2.32 - Joey Porter Jr, CB, PSU (Jack Campbell, ILB, Iowa)
2.49 - Keannu Benton, DT, Wisconsin (Mazi Smith, DT, Michigan)
3.93 - Darnell Washington, TE, Georgia (Kyu Blu Kelly, CB, Stanford)
4.132 - Nick Herbig, LB, Wisconsin
7.241 - Cory Trice Jr., CB, Purdue (Christian Izien, S, Rutgers)
7.251 - Spencer Anderson, G, Maryland (Tim DeMorat, QB, Fordham)
And, there's your 2023 Steeler draft class
Steelers sign LB Elandon Roberts (2 years, $7 million): B+ Grade
The Steelers have had issues with their linebacking corps ever since Ryan Shazier suffered a horrific injury. They've signed two players to help the group thus far, obtaining Cole Holcomb and now Elandon Roberts. I gave the Steelers a B+ for signing Holcomb to a 3-year, $18 million contract. Roberts will earn the same grade despite being signed to a lesser price.
Whereas Holcomb is a three-down linebacker, Roberts is a two-down player who excels in run support. He also thrives as a blitzer, but struggles in coverage. That's fine, as the Steelers needed a player to help with the run defense, which has been a problem for some time. Roberts will help fill a void at a very reasonable price.

In view of the fact that Mike Tomlin has matched Cowhers record I give him the designation:
TCFCLTC-
The Coach Formerly Considered Less Than Cowher
