He's just been good enough the last 2 weeks playing his point guard QB position. I noticed this 49er line is much better in run blocking, and have struggled the last 2 weeks pass protecting.

His TD pass was an absolute dime though with a free rusher bearing down on him.

Purdy isn’t “ just a guy” in my book. He’s accurate , intelligent. And that’s more important than having a rocket arm or having great athleticism.

I?m sitting here watching this 49er game. And all I can think about is how the last player taken in that draft ( Purdy) is better than the guy we took at #20. So frustrating.
