    2 points.

    1. I asked for a "tested" speed. There is NONE. You are looking at a guess. Wait for the combine before you bash his speed.

    2. Who are the undisputed 2 best corners of 2000s?

    Revis and Sherman.

Neither ran a sub 4.5 forty before the draft.

In view of the fact that Mike Tomlin has matched Cowhers record I give him the designation:

You did not address my point. By YOUR STANDARDS would you not draft Gilbert?

    Answer the question.

To your point I already told you:

"I" know that this is nothing but educated guess work. It is YOU who contend you KNOW better than the consensus of experts.

My point is that just because he does not meet YOUR criteria does not make YOU right.

I started watching to see where he rated and a lot had him as a second day pick but he is what the Steelers look for in a CB, covers and loves to step in to the run game. Now started seeing him mocked in the first, and have seen him in the top 10.

We love CBs that can hit.

Haven't watched the whole video yet. But that first 10 seconds is pretty sweet.

My concern with Porter Jr is his competition. Big 10 QB’s are trash besides Stroud and Harrison Jr worked Porter over in that game. Harrison is a beast but I’m not sure Porter is as good as advertised.

lack of INT’s concern me too.

Wait, what's your point here or are you just meandering around trying to argue on anything that flies by your melon? In one post you claim we can't know JP speed, it's only a guess; maybe he has 4.3 speed? In another you claim the 2 best CBs were not sub 4.5 speed. Which is it? What is your intended point? I can't even keep up with your manic loon rush to complain/argue.

Bottom line, you're rushing to defend the Porter pick just incase Pgh goes with him, and nothing else. Anything Cool Shades does you automatically have to defend. That is how TTT you are. I have maintained that Porter isn't necessarily our best option - just because of nepotism and the fact he grew up locally, which the Rooneys place too much emphasis on, always have.

I am suggesting that criticism of his speed is flawed for 2 reasons whisper. Trust me, if he runs say a 4.6 I will not support drafting him.

If he is sub 4.5 as the estimate says, I got no issue because he ain't 4.3 based on tons of successful corners with similar speed.

And, then, of course, he has like virtually no int., which is also fine with you; using a 1st round pick on a CB who can't get turnovers. Sweet.
