    2012 - D DeCastro - 24th

Meanwhile, their 1st round Tackles have been, well, spotty:

    1989 - T. Ricketts - 24th
    1992 - L. Searcy - 11th
    1996 - J. Stephens - 29th

And honestly, even their 2nd round tackles have been underwhelming.
I think John Jackson (drafted round 10) was one of the Steeler's most under rated LTs. He was also related to Dirt Dawson, I think.

( History shows that at 20 till early 2nd is a sweet spot to take OT, who have potential to be good above average)

This draft might not have the big names at OL, but I think at 32 and 49 some OL players ( regardless of position) are going to look in black and gold, and can help improve the OL now and in the future.
They'll jockey up and down until the combine. Then they will solidify a bit. I look for da Bears to trade the number 1 overall, perhaps to the Colts.

Bears in the cat bird seat of leverage to trade down and stock pile picks.

    Q Johnson at 34?
I haven’t seen him lower the 13/14 in mock drafts
said there’s a question about his hands. Something you would see on a highlight tape

but if the draft fell like that , which I doubt.. I don’t see 2 TEs drafted in top 17

we would just miss on porter, Paris and B jones. I’d hope 1 fell to us. Back up plan draft Gonzalez.
then at 32, couldn’t pass on a Johnson.
    49. Maxi smith is right in that slot.
Cb Stevenson 48 if they don’t take Gonzalez at 17

I watched sone WR vs cb video and noticed that db brants.
he was all over the receivers. Almost too much as I thought he would get flagged for sone of his plays

If the Colts want Stroud then yes, they trade up. If they are fine with Young they should sit pat. I doubt AZ takes another small QB.
I lost a bet about Najee gaining 1300 yards.

"Our head coach has failed to win a playoff game for seven years in a row. His game day strategy, culture of divas, in game decisions, clock management, player evaluation, hires, and affinity with sub par starters at RB, P, and OL are holding the Steelers back. That standard remains the standard"

Someone will want Stroud and it isn't da Bears. I look for them to trade down.

    Yep.....

I don't think the Bears will mess this up; all they have to do is trade back and stock pile picks. Upgrade the WR positions, O-line and then BPA
