    Tracking Kenny's progress

I keep hearing from the radio talking heads and some here that they're still waiting for Kenny to show them something to justify being a first round pick, ostensibly they are expecting to see a Josh Allen 70-yard laser across his body? That ain't him.

This is. Blitzer up the gut, blind side pressure, stays calm, takes the hit, delivers the ball. Most young QBs bail out of that or turtle. Heck, Tomlin was probably yelling for him to lay down to preserve the FG.

Let's hope this thread gets as big as the negative ones.

Another good one - this is something rookies just don't do. This is good stuff here.

Another shot to the kisser, delivers perfect ball.

Simple one here, but he steps up in the pocket, something he wasn't doing enough in previous weeks.

Man.. that second half was depressing, I really thought we were onto something and then it was over.

Can Kenny take a shot and continue to play at a high level? That is my concern. I think after the TD pass where he got popped (thought it was late too) he didn’t jump up and celebrate and maybe I’m misremembering but I think after that the rest of his day was pedestrian.

He needs to hit the weight room this offseason.

But as far as moving forward? That first half showed us what Kenny can do when he gets in rhythm.

Pickett to Pickens is going to be fun to watch these next few years.

DJ is booty, I hope we move on from hum because he is a waste of $18 mill.

and I tried to give Canada a little rope with a rookie QB but that dude is a wet blanket. He kills momentum with all these dumb as behind the LOS plays that keep us in 2nd and long.
Tomlinís coming back so what can you do?

Good tight window throw here, notice how every receiver is blanketed, more evidence of our simplistic game plan.

The highlight reel looked pretty good to me.
    better then previous games.

but I still saw some complaint so I’ll get to the whole game later today.

Isn’t it funny that the complaining of from the people who said he needs to sit the year/ half year.

what the heck are they expecting?

And of course, this seed where Kenny threw George open but he dropped a TD that would have made that game more interesting with 2 minutes left.

That was shocking seeing Pickens drop that.

Probably his best throw of the game. A throw like that gives me a lot of hope. But he had some real head-scratching throws in the 2nd half too.
