Chubb is very good though. Among the best RBs in the league IMO. That's why I was surprised in the off season when several on here were saying they think Harris is the best back in the division. I don't think Najee is bad...I think he's good. But Chubb is very good...maybe even elite.

1) the OL isn't as bad as everyone thinks... but the passing game isn't doing them any favors. You know how in basketball, the thread of a 3 pointer loosens up the defense? but also having a big man makes the defense pack in a make room for open 3's? The same is true in football. The first half was a good example - Mitch connected on a few passes beyond 10 yards, not by accident, but it seemed to be intentional by him or the OC (unsure who) but it caused the defense to loosen up, leading to a solid half by Najee. But in the 2nd half, he had a lot fewer of those connections and the run game struggled. I'm not saying the OL is "good", but play calling can make them look better.
2) I'm still disappointed that the team let Conner go. Especially given that Kenyan Drake's 1-year contract was only about $700k less than Conner's 1 year contract. This move seemed like a decision to not have the last guy here so there wouldn't be any conflict over who to start
3) IF the team thinks of Najee as the "thunder" in a Thunder&Lightening tandem, this could be good. But that means that in the upcoming draft, they have to put a premium on getting a guy with speed, vision and "wiggle", but doesn't quite have the size to carry the ball 25 times in the NFL. I don't know if you are old enough to get this reference, but: Najee's the Alstott, now go find a Warrick Dunn...
