It's a number I can live with and I like that it's only 2 yrs. By that point Pickens should be the clear #1 and they can let DJ walk or trade him away.

Fair deal for both sides. DJs future is secure and the Steelers keep a talented player on the rise.
Who is the freakin OT that's available to sign. That is a next year problem and there are lots of cap solutions.
We got DJ below market value, but I still think he needs to show more.
