Time to go to work (Pickett signs with Steelers...)

OK, the business is taken care of... Now it's time to show all the doubters that not only are you the most NFL-ready rookie QB, you are deserving of being a starter and the only first-round QB taken in the draft...

This is certainly good news. As for NFL readiness it's not what I'm hearing out of camp.

In view of the fact that Mike Tomlin has matched Cowhers record I give him the designation:

    TCFCLTC-
The Coach Formerly Considered Less Than Cowher

I've been so busy that I have to admit I have not followed the goings on of late. What is the word out there on what the team has seen to this point?

KP worked mainly with the 3rd string in OTAs, but worked hard. Mitch and KP are training together in Florida this summer. That's good.
I would expect him to move into the #2 spot in training camp regardless of what happens with MR.
We’ll probably see how much KP has progressed in game 2 of the preseason. I imagine he’ll start or play a lot with the starting O instead of seeing him with 2nd and 3rd stringers.
I hope Mitch starts the season and plays well enough to give KP more time to develop.

Huh? Of course, it's THIS camp. What other camp would I be talking about?
