Agreed. The "Human Wall" Calais Campbell had both his trunks extended directly in front of Ben. He had to loft it over Campbell and throw off to his side. Campbell told Ben after the game that he couldn't believe he didn't knock it down. If anyone thinks Ben has lost arm strength, they aren't watching him throw the friggin' ball. It's a tired and lazy narrative that somehow keeps sticking to Ben.

I agree with you that Ben's arm is still plenty strong but, I keep asking my self, "why won't Ben throw it down the middle of the field?" Does he have a lack faith in the receivers? Then throw it PF in the middle of the field, he clearly trusts him. Is he making business decisions knowing his time is over in the NFL and he wants to make sure he gets out as healthy as possible? Is the play calling not giving him opportunities to throw it in the middle of the field? Is it his lack of faith in the offensive line? He's played behind some pretty bad offensive lines in his time as a Steeler.

That's been my question as well.
The 3 yd / pass attempt BS- is it Canada/Tomlin driving this or Ben?
If it is Ben then he should have hung 'em up after last season.
We need to take more shots down the field.
