    Pep Hamilton interviewing

For the OC today. Did a nice job developing Justin Herbert this year. Tons of experience. Not sure he brings any creativity. Meh

Nothing in MR for Hamilton to develope. Lol.
From the 2010-2020 season, (A 10 year period that the majority of Cowher's players & coaches had left) Mike Tomlin has only won 3 playoff games. And two of those wins were against back up Quarterbacks.

Dolphin fans in the 90ís who wanted to hold on to Don Shula for what he did in the playoffs in the 70ís...
Are the same as Steeler fans (of 2020 ) holding on to Tomlin for what he did in 2008, with Cowher's players & coaches

Report: Titans to interview Pep Hamilton for OC job

    Mike Moraitis
    January 23, 2021

As expected, the Tennessee Titans are already exploring their options to replace former offensive coordinator Arthur Smith, who recently became the head coach of the Atlanta Falcons.

Among the options theyíre reportedly considering is Los Angeles Chargers quarterbacks coach Pep Hamilton.

According to NFL Networkís Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero, Tennessee is set to interview Hamilton in the coming days. However, it appears the Titans will have some competition, as Hamilton is also set to interview with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Hamilton has become a hot name for coordinator jobs this offseason, especially after the meteoric rise of rookie Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert, who exploded onto the scene in 2020.

Hamilton already has experience as an offensive coordinator in the NFL, as he served as the Indianapolis Coltsí from 2013 to 2015.

As far as interviews for offensive coordinators go, this is the first that has been reported for the Titans since they lost Smith.

    from Steeler Depot...

Itís been known for several days now that the Pittsburgh Steelers plan to interview Los Angeles Chargers quarterbacks Pep Hamilton for their open offensive coordinator position. In fact, there were reports on Thursday stating that Hamilton would interview with the Steelers on Friday. That Friday interview apparently didnít take place, according to few major media reporters. It is however, still supposed to take place just the same.
