Spygate gave us all the details on why they hire independent film crews to spy for them.

    Also check out Bills quote:

'We're competitive and we'll try to be competitive in every area,' Belichick said. 'But we don't knowingly, intentionally want to do anything that's across the line.

'But since that's [Spygate] happened, I'd say we've tried to keep a good distance behind the line and not maybe take it as far as we would might have in the past. But it's never really fundamentally changed there.'

Dude is admitting they haven’t changed.
No its not at all like saying that. Im not saying its not cheating because it wasnt Bellichick on the sideline. Im saing that if they wanted tape of the Bengals sidelines for cheating purposes there are smarter ways to do it rather than having a guy in a Patriots shirt standing there filming. Bellichick is alot of things but he is not stupid and this was stupid.

Let me ask you, why would the video guy, when he was detained & questioned, say, "Can we get rid of the video and just forget this ever happened?"

When you're supposedly shooting a feature on a Patriots' scout, why would you spend the entire first quarter fixed on what's going on on the Bengals' sideline, and how it impacts what they do on the field?

Why would you not let the NFL or the Bengals know what you're doing?
Well it was 3rd party video contractor sent to Cleveland and credentialed by the Browns. So the Home team was made aware the contractor would be there. Listen im not saying they didnt cheat for certain, it just doesnt seem like a good way to about cheating.

All of their attempts to cheat were stupid.

Kraft going to a podunk rib and tug was stupid

Using Kraft Productions as the name of the production company was stupid

Asking if they could delete the footage and forget about it was stupid.

Having a freaking “documentary” shot a week before you play that opponent is stupid.

But what’s really stupid is thinking a documentary team who shoots the Bengals sideline for 8 minutes straight was just a mistake.

You realize the 3rd party is the same excuse they used the first time they got caught spying?

and why shoot the Browns and Bengals right before you play the Bengals?

That’s like going to your ex’s church the day before her wedding to pray.

    Just a coincidence?

Maybe that guy didn't "work" for the Pats? Maybe he was offered certain incentives to produce the goods? It doesn't look or sound good however anyone wants to slice it.

It's possible that BB didn't know about any of the taping. However, there could be certain members of the organization that knew the advantage it gave the team to have taped information in the right hands (Adams).

Just saw a stat that the Pats have lost the last 2 games in Cincinnati.

That pretty much sums up why they were filming.

Of course they are, any advantage to get home field is what they are after, also the more points they score only helps them in case of tie breakers.
