Exactly. Slap their hineys, pinch their titties, stick your tongue in their ears ... everyone does it at some point.

If he was embarrassed on social media by that security guard, you can bet he would address it.
Of course former players are in those spots. Have you ever seen any of them act that way?
He made it all about himself. Trying to put the spotlight on him instead of the players and coaches that actually did something.
I don't always side with the cops, but do 99% of the time. That's the percent that they are in the right.
you are all over the place.

and itís whether not whether. Your slip is showing, tighten up!

as we sit here with nothing to do because the steelers are sitting home and we're bored - how about this exploding dog theory?

because it's a locker room, players are getting showers and are in a very personal state of undress - would it be considered private instead of public and if so, would police need reasonable cause to perform a search and seizure?

look I always support the police - what a difficult and mostly thankless job. but trolling a locker room confiscating 'victory cigars' and saying that was assault makes the department look idiotic.

of course OBJ looks like a moron as well. The two aren't mutually exclusive.

The whole scene is a little bizarre to me. Serious-looking/acting cops in a locker room, looking for?

And then Obj out of nowhere with the butt-smack? With the look on Obj's face and the way he backed up after he did it, you know he was wondering how the cop was going to react.

    Just odd all around.

A month or so ago there was a news story with accompanying video of a news reporter live on TV at a marathon when a runner ran past and smacked her on the a$$. People were in an uproar and some even called it rape. How is this situation any different? Both were doing their jobs when someone put their hands on them unwelcomed. Our thoughts on whether the police should've been there in the first place is irrelevant. Perhaps the stadium personnel went to the police and said "hey, we can't have people smoking cigars in the stadium", so the police went to address it?
There is a lot we don't know, but one thing is certain, OBJ was out of line.

    this wasn’t a female cop.

    context matters.

I don’t think it was an assault but It definitely was sexual harassment.

yup. Please charge him with sexual harassment. Take him to court. Would love to see the judge and courts spend time and money on this case.

This is a non story. He will pay a small fine or it will get thrown out.

just read they initially tried to get a sexual battery charge but the judge didn’t agree.

Forget the criminal case, the cop should be filing a civil case so he can get paid.
