    One man

I now really appreciate how one player can make a huge difference. Minkah is proving it every game

It may be a team game but some players mean much more than others

Probably the best front office move since getting Farrior if not the best ever trade

    Minkah is amazing.

But I also think the additions of Nelson and Bush have really helped our D.

I think Nelson is also one of our best recent UFA adds in addition to great trades to nab Bush and Minkah.

Just an outstanding off-season for Colbert and company (even if Moncrief didn't work out).

Steelers donít do a lot of trades or FA - but Iíd say this season has been the perfect marriage of all 3. Just a superb job by the FO.

defensively , we're top notch. Kudos to Colbert.
From the 2010-2019 season, (A 9 year period that the majority of Cowher's players & coaches had left) Mike Tomlin has only won 3 playoff games. And two of those wins were against back up Quarterbacks.

WE WILL NOT WIN ANOTHER SUPER BOWL WITH MIKE TOMLIN AS OUR HEAD COACH. So why delay the inevitable?

Dolphin fans in the 90ís who wanted to hold on to Don Shula for what he did in the 70ís...

Are the same as Steeler fans (of 2020 ) holding on to Tomlin for what he did in 2008.

Nelson has been quietly a solid FA pickup
I wish people would/could leave politics out of a Steelers Football Forum.

    And Tomlin, and Butler.

And most of all, the guys on the field.

I think Barron is starting to make an impact. He had a really good game against his former team.
As many on this site think ... The Rooney's suck, Colbert sucks, Tomlin sucks, the coaches suck, and the players suck.

    but Go Steelers!!!

I’ve always felt that most players try to overcompensate for a weak link in the D, and thereby bring their game down as well. With Minkah back there, everyone just does their job and knows Minkah will do his. Our safety play in the past few years often had our CBS and ILBs overcompensating, cheating a step or two in the wrong direction.

I would think Minkah has to be in the DPOY conversation at this point...
