Washington looks like the guy in his college highlight film

    Good to see.

Canít believe some people floated the idea of trading him.

    I blame Madden

James Washington showed me plenty last yr to prove to me that he wasnt a BUST (Yet)

Yes, he did some really poor things at times but he also showed he had potential at times.

Very hard for me to expect any rookie to perform well....all I look for is that glimmer of light.

A thought. Everybody said he looked great last season in preseason too.

But dont forget WHO is throwing the rock.

He IS Mason Rudolf's "Antonio Brown". They have chemistry and familiarity NEITHER have with other players.

    It helps to L
OOK like the guy in college, when the guy who THREW to you in college is in the game.

Not dismissive at all that he has improved, but it seemed "some" of his early problem with Ben was timing related....not just drops.

As Ben and Washington get more familiar, which may have started late last season, I expect to see "college" Washington more frequently.

He's not waiting on the ball to get to him. thats the biggest difference I see, along with some added zip

plus, the catch on the long ball was with dobbs @ QB

    Tru dat on Dobbs.
On him.....he seems kind of "feast or famine". I am having more and more of a hard time trusting him.

Washington didn’t look this good last year in preseason.

    Again, not dismissing his improvement.
Just an observation about his pre-existing chemistry with Mason.

If memory serves... Dobbs was the QB that got him most of his catches last week.

I agree. He looks like he could be our legit #2 this year.
