What players surprised you re: how far they fell compared to pre-draft projections?

    EDGE Montez Sweat at 1.26?
    OT Jawaan Taylor at 2.35?
    QB Drew Lock at 2.42?
    WR D.K. Metcalf at 2.64?
    WR Hakeem Butler at 4.103?
    S Deionte Thompson at 5.136?
    CB Amani Oruwariye at 5.146?
    ILB Mack Wilson at 5.155?
    EDGE D'Andre Walker at 5.168?
    WR Kelvin Harmon at 6.206?

    Any other examples?
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

David Sills not being drafted surprised me. He led the Big 12 in TDs.

I thought for sure that some team would use a draft pick on him.

Even if he doesn't make the Bills' final 53, I would bet he's on a roster somewhere in the NFL this year.

Oruwariye I thought was a 3rd rounder all day long from what I saw. Scheme flex and all he brings it. Once he ran sub 4.5 at the combine felt he would be a good value in the 3rd. He timed at 4.48.Thought he would not be around mid day 3. When we had a shot at him in the 5th n passed I felt we missed a shot at good value. And corner for us in an area where we're thin even with Layne and our track record has been poor so more chances the better. No knock on Gentry, I like the potential, however imho he would have been there in the 6th.

I want to comment on a New England fan showing interest in a white receiver, but I might get accused of comparing Chase Winovich to Clay Matthews or Lamar Jackson to Michael Vick.
