I think we should ; I think bush falls to us because as desperate as some teams are, I’m thinking 4 QBs can go before we pick. Thus we get a guy we like plus address our biggest need.
From the 2010-2018 season, (An 8 year period that the majority of Cowher's players & coaches had left) Mike Tomlin has only won 3 playoff games. And two of those wins were against back up Quarterbacks. Our history has been defined by what we do in the postseason; not the regular season.

I like Sills but if we miss on him Jennings ,also a WV product, would not be a bad consolation prize. Nice hands , excellent 40, 4.42 , ran the entire route tree. Some say he can't change direction well but he scored on arrow routes and there is more to like then not considering he'll be a day 3 guy. 6' 200 + so not the biggest but can play inside or out imho. Either of these 2 on day 3 will be nice value with upside.

May have to take Sills in Round 3 (Day 2). He is a riser...May have to use our second third pick

I like Sills but I think we can do better.

    2.52) Samuels WR
    3.66) Savage/Hooker
3.83) Pratt ILB or one of those ILB brought in for a visit
    4.121) Moreau
    5) Long WV ILB or Akron ILB

    7) jo popa*

*ok i got lazy at end of mock
. Yes you did but the top three are strong picks. I will say though I think Savage goes much earlier. His size is really his only issue. He is violent and sticky. He is instinctive. I want Savage in a bad way. If we could land both White and Savage it would change this D overnight.

It depends on where he is taken. He and Jennings both should be solid players in the NFL.

Steelers “expect great things” from James Washington
By Josh Alper | Apr 22, 2019, 6:21 PM EDT

Steelers General Manager Kevin Colbert said at Monday’s pre-draft press conference that the addition of Donte Moncrief in free agency wouldn’t stop the team from addressing the wide receiver position again in the draft.

Colbert also said that he hoped Moncrief’s addition made the need for a rookie to play “less urgent.” Steelers coach Mike Tomlin’s own comments about a group that no longer includes Antonio Brown pointed to another player who could keep a new arrival off the field.

Tomlin said that he felt comfortable with the current group of receivers because he thinks 2018 second-round pick James Washington will do more this year. Tomlin said that the Steelers “expect great things” in Washington’s second season.

Washington played more snaps than any wideout other than Brown and JuJu Smith Schuster last season, but ended the year with 16 receptions for 217 yards and a touchdown.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

our WR coach also conducted a private workout with Jennings so we're definitely interested.

There is no way Butler falls out of the top 40 picks. Guys that big and fast don't fall that far. Marquise Brown is hands down the most dynamic WR in this class. An absolute Tyreek Hill clone. Maybe even faster. I would totally be fine with Steelers drafting him in 1st.
