Draft crushes

I think i found my draft crushes here and they are all from Iowa... Go figure !

S-Amari Hooker.... he can play 5 positions ( LB/S/CB) on D annd was DB player of the year in the big 10

Fant....TE who is really a WR2 super athlete

Hockenson... TE who is a Heath clone, strong blocker and precise route runner, posts better stats than Kittle.

I would seriously consider taking either TE with our first pick, and a LB or CB in the 2nd and Hooker in the 3rd.
ďIím so tired of LeíVeon," DeCastro told reporters (h/t ESPN's Jeremy Fowler (https://twitter.com/JFowlerESPN/status/1038909446146203649)) after Sunday's game. "Iím so tired of it. Letís just worry about the guys in here. I know you guys have stories to write and what not. I love LeíVeon, but we gotta worry about the guys in here. Theyíre the only people that matter to me."

Woah Cowboy!! A TE with our first pick @ #20?? I personally couldn't pull that trigger but I can see why your so excited.
From the 2010-2018 season, Mike Tomlin has only won 3 playoff games. And two of those wins were against back up Quarterbacks. Our history has been defined by what we do in the post season; not the regular season.

TE (https://www.behindthesteelcurtain.com/2019/1/21/18162878/breaking-down-the-steelers-team-needs-part-7-tight-end-vance-mcdonald-nfl-draft-2019-news) Noah Fant, Iowa. 6'4", 232 lbs. The unanimous #1 TE in the draft and "one of the most freakish athletes in all of college football (https://thedraftnetwork.com/2018/08/02/2019-nfl-draft-player-profile-noah-fant/)," Noah Fant may be that rare offensive talent who could tempt the well armed Steelers to spend a Round 1 pick on that side of the ball. McDonald's health has just been too fragile to make him reliable and Fant's extraordinary receiving talents would make him useful for two-TE sets even when the #1 guy is healthy. Fant is also a decent blocker despite being built like an oversized receiver; willing enough, and able to truly help by taking a good angle and not being overwhelmed. This goes to a superb Draft Network article comparing Noah Fant and T.J. Hockenson (https://thedraftnetwork.com/2019/01/29/draft-class-heroes-dispelling-iowa-tight-end-narratives/).

TE (https://www.behindthesteelcurtain.com/2019/1/21/18162878/breaking-down-the-steelers-team-needs-part-7-tight-end-vance-mcdonald-nfl-draft-2019-news) T.J. Hockenson, Iowa. 6'5", 243 lbs. What is the HV for a prospect with an 80% chance to grow into the next Heath Miller (https://www.sbnation.com/nfl/players/1620/heath-miller)? That is Hockenson. The similarities are uncanny, from height, weight, speed, hands and athletic profile to blocking skills, playing style, attitude, competitive edge, and more. The other top TE prospect this year is Hockenson's teammate Noah Fant. Fant is a fully qualified WR2 who blocks far better than even a Hines Ward (https://www.sbnation.com/nfl/players/1642/hines-ward) or a Juju. Hockenson is more of a WR3 but he blocks like a backup O-Lineman. The Draft Network scouting profiles (https://thedraftnetwork.com/2019/01/16/2019-nfl-draft-player-profile-t-j-hockenson/) catch the essence of what everyone seems to agree on. We can translate it this way: He just screams ‘Steelers'. If only he played some other position... This goes to a superb Draft Network article comparing Noah Fant and T.J.
