Chadman also has a calf & is a limited participant in all activities as a result. Chadman is also suffering from extra weight, stress, lower eyesight, fatigue, lethargy, apathy, a general sense of foreboding & a glum disposition.

These factors combined have Chadman listed as doubtful to start this weekend.

Terrell Edmunds needs to suck it up unless he can compete with Chadman’s litany of ailments...

Sounds like Chadman might be a Sheila.

    Week 6 Injury Report (Bengals)

    Teresa Varley

    Steelers.com

Vince Williams continues to work his way back to the field after missing last week’s game against the Falcons. Williams was a full-go in practice the last two days and looks primed to return against the Bengals on Sunday at Paul Brown Stadium.

“It feels fantastic,” said Williams of being back out on the field. “To see how well the defense was playing, and not being able to contribute, it was heart-breaking. I was proud of them. There is only one thing better than actually being out there kicking (butt) with your friends, and that’s watching your friends kick (butt).”

On the flip side, Morgan Burnett and Darrius Heyward-Bey continue to be spectators, both of them missing practice for the second-straight day. L.J. Fort was also sideline for the second day with an ankle injury.

With Burnett out it has been Terrell Edmunds who has started the last three games and his teammates like what they have seen from the rookie safety. Edmunds was a full participant in practice again on Thursday, not hampered by his calf injury.

“His plate is really full,” said Sean Davis. “He is playing top-notch guys. He is playing the best athletes week in and week out. We are asking him to do a lot. I feel he is adjusting well, he is playing well.

“I am always giving him advice. I would rather he learn from my mistakes. I am always trying to give him insight on what to do, what not to do. I have been there, done that, so I want him to learn from me.”

Ramon Foster sat out Thursday's practice, simply a coach's decision for the veteran.

    Week 6 Injury Report (Bengals)

    Teresa Varley

    Steelers.com

For the third straight day L.J. Fort, Darrius Heyward-Bey and Morgan Burnett did not participate in practice, and Coach Mike Tomlin has ruled out both Heyward-Bey and Burnett for Sunday.

Fort, who is listed as doubtful for Sunday, was injured against the Falcons last week when he was one of the linebackers who stepped in for then injured Vince Williams. Fort said it was frustrating to suffer the injury when he finally got an opportunity to get some snaps, but he was able to finish out the game.

“I didn’t want to come out,” said Fort.

The good news, though, is Williams is back. Williams was a full-go in practice all week and is ready to play on Sunday.

Burnett has missed the last three games with a groin injury, and with him out rookie Terrell Edmunds has stepped up big.

Burnett has to be the biggest disappointment by far in free agency pick ups. Wonder if he gets cut if/when Bell returns to the roster.
