    Bell to Eagles Trade

It's been rumored before and now Ajayi went down with a torn ACL. Out for the year.

The Eagles are definitely still contenders but now they are desperate for a starting RB.

They were interested in Bell before the injury. How much is Bell worth to them now?

    Hmmmm..

Good point. Were about to see because you've got to think they've re-reached out to Steeler management again. If we are going to move him, this is the optimum time where we could maximize our leverage.

    mentioned this in another thread

may be worth a 2nd to them to remt him for half a year, which given his talent, seems like a fair price if you think he can get you back on track for a SB

seems like need is meeting opportunity for both sides

    I would take a 2nd in a heartbeat

It makes a ton of sense all around.

Eagles are on a cheap rookie QB contract, in win-now mode obviously, and have two 2nd round picks in 2019 that they could unload one of them to get Bell. Bell should be willing to accept that trade as they are clearly a contender for a championship.

I hope they can trade him.

I think with the cap space they'll have next year they may make a bigger than normal splash in UFA. Trading him gets an asset earlier and eliminates the possiblity that we lose the comp pick because of another signing.

Eagles don't have a ton of cap space.
Next year its even worse for them.
    Foles contract is a killer
