Sounds like a motivation issue. Kind of like McCullers...stick around NFL teams way too long because they are massive. I mean 6 foot 9 344#? How can that not be coached up unless it's a motivation issue?

From what I've read he had weight issues which have improved. He's also had issues with getting low enough as a guard or being quick enough as a tackle. Costs nothing as a potential practice squad player.Originally Posted by Shawn
