Doubt the fo will want to pay him 15+ per year and I don't think the FO will franchise him agsin.
Partly for the salary and partly to let him free and test the market

No one wants to move on from Bell. But no one wants to pay the guy any more than the $12m he was offered... certainly not the $18m. Look at the catastrophe that BAL has become since mortgaging away their team on Flacco.

bell is worse than flacco money. he wants twice the next rb. flacco didnt demand twice the highest paid qb
