Ben's done with Haley. Has been for 2 years. Haley's also known for being lazy as far as game preparation and notoriously late for meetings with the offensive players.
Ben wanted Haley up in the coaches booth this season, he's still on the field.
And I was told, that he's ticked off at Tomlin (Who he's always had a strong relationship with) for not backing him on it.
And better yet? Antonio Brown actually hates Haley MORE than Ben does.

I was told by an old source I had 10 years ago about the ticked off at Tomlin part.
LaCanfora and Inside Pittsburgh Sports reported in January than he's done with Haley. ISP were the ones who reported that Haley's a slacker.
AB also had another arm waving tantrum at Haley during the Vikings game. Their biggest blowup was in Seattle two years ago. It was so bad that Tomlin had to restrain Haley.
DKOPS reported Ben went off on Tomlin, then Haley, and then basically anyone within earshot in week one right before James caught his first TD.
